A roof detail not fitted correctly could cause a problem, it’s best to get any issues fixed before more serious damage is caused. If we are unable to fix the leak on our initial visit then a temporary measure will be put in place to prevent further water ingress before we return and carry out the permanent repair.

The majority of roof problems can be repaired without the need to completely replace the roof. A simple inexpensive repair is often all that is required. Even the largest most detailed roofs can remain watertight for a lifetime provided essential maintenance is carried out. Common problems we encounter are leaks; where a tile is damaged or loosed and where lead flashings have not been installed correctly at roof details such as chimneystacks and valleys. Split, cracked and blistered flat roofs are also very common.
