Some roofing underlays used on housing developments during the 60s and 70s will unfortunately now be perishing. This will cause deterioration to the loft insulation, energy loss and leaks.
We are able to provide scaffold, strip off the entire roof and lay a new high performance breathable membrane over the rafters then lay either new or the existing tiles back on the roof.
